Figuroos – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Figuroos (a trading name of Officially Unofficial Ltd), every product we sell is printed on demand and personalised specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, our return policy differs from standard high-street retailers.

Please read the policy below carefully.

1. Change of Mind / Cancellation
Because your item is legally classified as "goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised", you do not have a right to cancel once production has begun, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind, or if you have made a mistake in your order (such as a spelling error or uploading the wrong text).

This exemption is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(b)) and similar distance selling regulations in the EU.

Please check your preview and text carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items
We pride ourselves on quality, but mistakes can happen. If your item arrives damaged,
misprinted, or defective, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

To report a fault:

1. Please email us at orders@figuroos.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your Order Number and a clear photo of the issue (e.g., the print error or damage).
3. In many cases, a photo is sufficient evidence, and you will not need to return the item.

If a return is required for inspection, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

3. Refunds
If your refund is approved (due to a fault or error on our part):
- We will refund your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.

4. Replacements (No Exchanges)
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a faulty item, we will replace it with an item of the same specification.

We cannot replace a faulty item with a different design, size, or personalised content.

5. Returns Process & Address
Please do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted or processed.
