Figuroos – Shipping Policy

At Figuroos, all our products are printed on demand. This means we manufacture your item specifically for you after you place your order.

1. Production Time

Because our products are personalised, production time is required before dispatch.

• Standard Production: 2–4 business days.

• Peak Times (Christmas/Valentine's): Production may take up to 5–7 business days.

Note: The "Delivery Time" selected at checkout applies only after your item has completed production and has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Estimates (UK)

Once your item is printed, quality-checked, and dispatched, it is delivered using our delivery partners (for example Royal Mail or DPD).

Standard UK Delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch (delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed)

3. International Delivery

We offer international shipping to selected destinations. Delivery times vary depending on location and local postal services.

Customs Duties & Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs, import duties, or local taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

Where tracking is available, a tracking number or link will be provided. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

5. My Order Hasn't Arrived

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe plus 3 working days, please contact us at orders@figuroos.com so we can investigate with the delivery carrier.

Delivery investigations can only begin once the carrier's minimum delivery window has passed.
